We had a great experience with Alec! He was very communicative from the start. He was easy to schedule with and had a kind, professional demeanor that instantly put us at ease. The house was spotless when we got home—no small feat with two young kids. My daughter asked, “Who cleaned up my bed? I like it!” which honestly says it all. Alec also let us know a fan blade in our kid’s room was loose and might need tightening, which we appreciated. He reminded us about the clean, helped us set up the next one, and made the whole process smooth. We’ll definitely be scheduling with him again!
